Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Opened dietary supplements, gummies, or consumable products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
- To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
